SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — An elderly driver crashed into a San Diego County Credit Union located in Carmel Mountain Plaza Saturday afternoon, San Diego Police said.
According to SDPD, the driver confused the gas petal as the brakes, causing the vehicle to accelerate into the building.
No one inside the credit union was injured. The driver received medical evaluation at the scene.
The cost of damage is unknown at this time.
