Authorities hope to identify women who reportedly burglarized Vista gym

VISTA, Calif. (KGTV) -- Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help identifying two suspects suspected of burglarizing a Vista gym.

According to authorities, the burglary happened on January 7 between 5 and 6 p.m. at the Planet Fitness on the 1900 block of University Drive.

The women are accused of cutting a lock off a locker at the gym and stealing credit cards, cash and a checkbook.

The suspects then used a stolen credit card to purchase $1,000 worth of gift cards at a Walgreens.

The first suspect is described as a black female with long hair and a heavy build last seen wearing a black, long-sleeved shirt with camouflage leggings.

The second suspect is described as a black female with long hair and a medium build last seen wearing a pink top with blue and white leggings.
