SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - A man riding a scooter suffered a fractured leg after crashing in the Mission Beach area, San Diego police said.
According to police, the incident happened just after 10:45 p.m. Sunday in the 3900 block of Ocean Front Walk.
Police said the 27-year-old man was riding a motorized scooter when he put his food down to stop. However, he then fell off the scooter and severely injured his leg.
The injured man was taken to the hospital for treatment.
The incident is under investigation.
