SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — San Miguel Fire and Cal Fire crews battled a large vegetation fire in the area of La Cresta Road and Old Bend Road on Saturday morning.
Fire officials say the blaze grew to approximately two acres at its largest.
A temporary evacuation order was issued for the area, with an evacuation center established at Granite Hills High School.
Officials say no structures were threatened, and forward progress has been stopped.
There is no word on any injuries at this time.
