SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- The northbound lanes of the 163 are closed following a deadly crash Wednesday night.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the deadly crash happened just after 6:20 on the 163 north near Washington Street.
It's unclear what caused the crash, but authorities say a single vehicle overturned in the area.
San Diego Police advised residents to avoid the area due to the crash.
