SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- Crews are responding after a military helicopter made an emergency landing near the Torrey Pines Reserve Park Monday afternoon.
According to MCAS Miramar, crews with the 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing are responding to the incident.
Photos from the scene show a military chopper beside the Los Penasquitos Lagoon.
According to officials, the non-standard landing happened around 3:30 p.m.
All crew members are safe. It’s unknown at this time what damage there may be to the aircraft.
