VISTA, Calif. (KGTV) – A brush fire in an area near Brengle Terrace Park in Vista forced evacuations Sunday morning.
Per Watch Duty, the Brengle Fire erupted at around 7:30 a.m. near the 1200 block of Vale Terrace Drive.
An evacuation order was issued for the SDC-0503 zone, while an evacuation warning was in place for SDC-0568 (click here to view updated map)
An evacuation center was established at Vista High School (1 Panther Way).
There is no immediate word on the cause of the blaze.
