SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — A 5-year-old girl who went missing in North Hollywood was found in Mar Vista tonight, about 10 minutes after an Amber Alert was issued in an attempt to help find her.
Victoria Sophia Suarez was reported missing after being last seen about 10:40 a.m. with her father, 29-year-old Jose Alberto Suarez, according to the California Highway Patrol, which issued the alert on behalf of the Los Angeles Police Department.
LAPD's Pacific Division safely located Victoria near the 3500 block of Maplewood Avenue and took her father into custody.
