OCEANSIDE, Calif (KGTV) — At least one person has been killed near State Route 76 in the Oceanside area around 1:46am Saturday, the California Highway Patrol reported.
A SigAlert was issued, which shut down the east and westbound lanes when they investigating. No further details were released initially.
