JAMUL, Calif. — A hiker found a body on the side of a trail in Jamul Saturday afternoon, according to the San Diego Sheriff's Department.
The body of an unidentified 40-50-year-old woman with upper body trauma was found on a dirt trail around 3:45 p.m, detectives said.
The woman's death is being investigated as a possible homicide.
