On Saturday morning, our cameras spotted a knife on the pavement, pool cues, rocks and other weapons, after deputies were called out to the 100 block of Sierra Vista Drive, not far from the Stray Dogs Motorcycle Club.

“The feeling was unreal,” said Tony Castiglione, a close friend of Mikey Brown, 26.

“Tears came down. I didn't believe it at first,” said Castiglione.

It's still hard for Castiglione to believe what happened to his childhood friend.

"He's a good family man and a great father and husband. I admired him so much,” said Castiglione.

10News has learned more about the moments leading up to the fatal altercation.

Neighbors say the biker crowd poured into a residential street and things got ugly after a man on a golf cart bumped a biker.

Detectives tell us that man was Brown's brother.

Family members say Brown, who had hosted a pool party, was at home, barefoot, in a bathing suit and unarmed - when he responded to a call for help.

He then went into the street. There, he was stabbed. He later died at the hospital.

“It’s so tough. He had this contagious smile and everybody loved him," said Castiglione.

Four days later, there are still no arrests.

Castiglione hopes someone comes forward with a tip that will lead to a break.

“I think we need some justice for Mikey and his family,” said Castiglione.

Anyone with information related to the case is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-888-580-8477.

A vigil for Brown will take place at 7 p.m. Friday at Nancy Jane Memorial Park in Crest.

A GoFundMe campaign has been started to help the family.

“Mikey was the sole provider and we’re trying to come together to help his family,” said Castiglione.
