SAN YSIDRO – A man's body was found near a San Ysidro outlet mall early Friday morning, just north of the U.S.-Mexico border.
The body was discovered shortly before 5 a.m. off an axis road near the border fence south of Dairy Mart Road. The area is near a Ross store at the Las Americas Premium Outlets at 4211 Camino De La Plaza.
San Diego police and the Border Patrol officers were on scene. There was no word on the cause of death or the identity of the victim.
