VISTA, Calif. (KGTV) -- The San Diego County Sheriff’s Department is searching for an 83-year-old Vista man last seen Sunday morning.
According to deputies, Francisco Larios wandered off on foot from his home on the 100 block of Lado De Loma Drive in Vista around 6:30 a.m.
Larios is known to stay with different family members who live in Escondido. Larios left without a cell phone, money or a wallet.
Deputies say Larios can’t speak at all after a recent stroke and only understands Spanish. He is described as a Hispanic man, five feet, two inches tall with gray hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a gray long-sleeve shirt, gray sweatpants and tan or beige tennis shoes.
