LOS ANGELES (KGTV) -- Actress Heather Locklear has been arrested again on suspicion of fighting with first responders for the second time in 2018, the Associated Press reports.
Reports indicate that Locklear appeared extremely intoxicated when deputies arrived at her home around 11 p.m. Sunday.
Deputies were called to the home to investigate a dispute between Locklear and either family members or friends.

The actress reportedly kicked one of the deputies before kicking a paramedic who was called to the scene to evaluate Locklear due to her intoxication.
Locklear was taken to the hospital before being booked into jail on two misdemeanor battery counts. The actress was released Monday morning on $20,000 bail.
She has since checked into a treatment facility, a source close to the actress said. Locklear was arrested in February on similar circumstances.
During that incident, authorities say she attacked four deputies called to her home due to a dispute with her boyfriend.
