SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — One lucky couple will receive an all expenses paid trip to Europe to visit the 20 best proposal spots on behalf of a Southern California jeweler.

Robbins Brothers, which has one location in San Diego, is once again searching for a couple to hire and send across the Atlantic for a dream job that's as much fun as work. The "getaway" will task a couple with finding and documenting 20 of the most romantic proposal locations in Europe.

Couples will be given $10,000 to budget throughout the trip, plus an hourly wage, but the rest is up to them. They can travel for as long or as short a time as they want and visit as many European countries as they need to complete the search.

“It’s important for Robbins Brothers to find new and unique ways to assist couples who want to create an impressive romantic milestone. We realize that the proposal location is an important factor as the photos and videos captured are memories that live forever. We’ve received such positive feedback on the top spots that our ambassadors discovered last year,” Chris Weakley, vice president of marketing for Robbins Brothers, said in a release.

Last year's winners Alex and Liana Borishkevich from Seattle, Wash., completed the job in six months, ending in September 2019.

To qualify, couples must be in a serious relationship (dating, engaged, or married), active on social media, willing to contribute content about their experiences, and willing to travel.

  • Robbins Brothers Houston – Saturday, Feb. 8 from 8 – 10 a.m.
