SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - Get out and enjoy the weekend, San Diego.

This weekend, fall is in full effect, with local festivals celebrating the season with arts and crafts and spooky events and also breast cancer awareness month.

Fleet Week San Diego also returns, giving the public access to ships to tour, high-tech STEM activities, and much more.

Then, of course, there are the foodie events, with SurftoberFest and Taste of North Park hitting the scene this weekend.

20th Annual Harvest Festival Arts and Crafts Show in Del Mar - Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Del Mar's Harvest Festival is one of the largest indoor craft shows on the west coast and features hundreds of artisans exhibiting jewelry, clothing, photography, original art, music, food, and more! More information.

Fleet Week San Diego at various locations - Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Things are getting scary at Belmont Park this month, during the Boomont Park event running through October. 17th Annual Row for the Cure at Mission Bay - Saturday

5th Annual Bike for Boobs at Shelter Island - Sunday
