SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - It's Cinco de Mayo weekend in San Diego!
In addition to all the Cinco de Mayo events running throughout the weekend, there are plenty of other fun options throughout the county for everyone to jump into.

Holi Festival of Colors at Oceanside Pier Amphitheater - Saturday
The Holi Festival of Colors is meant to signify the arrival of spring in Indian traditional. Oceanside's festival will feature non-stop live music from DJs and bands, dancing, yoga, mantras, food, and the throwing of colors throughout the event. More information.
Food and Wine Festival at La Jolla Cove - Saturday
More than 50 of the region's best restaurants will be on hand to deliver some of the most delicious creations in food and drink, to benefit the Junior League of San Diego. The festival will also celebrate the Kentucky Derby, so where your best hat, and treat attendees to live music and a silent auction. More information.
26th Annual Pug Party at Del Mar Fairgrounds - Saturday
The Del Mar Fairgrounds will host more than 400 pugs to benefit Pug Rescue of San Diego County. The event is the group's largest fundraiser of the year (and possibly the largest pug event in southern California). Pug owners can enter their canine into a costume contest, shop for unique pug-related gifts, and speak with veterinarians and vendors. More information.
9th Annual Miracle Babies 5K at Liberty Station - Sunday
Dress up as your favorite superhero and run to benefit Miracle Babies, which supports families with babies in neonatal intensive care units. The 5K run will culminate with a family fun zone for participants. More information.
Carlsbad Village Faire in Grand Avenue and Carlsbad Boulevard to Jefferson Street - Sunday
Carlsbad's annual street fair - billed as the largest one-day street fair in the U.S. - returns with more than 100,000 expected to attend. About 800 unique booths offering everything from arts and crafts to antiques to food will be set up in Carlsbad. There will also be a children's area with a rock wall, bounce house, and more. Fiesta Old Town Cinco De Mayo in Old Town - Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
San Diego's biggest Cinco de Mayo celebration is back and kicks off with an all-night happy hour on Friday, followed by a massive celebration Saturday and Sunday. More than 100,000 people area expected in Old Town throughout the weekend to enjoy live entertainment, including music, dancing, luchador wrestling, and more. More information.
Yoga on the USS Midway on North Harbor Drive - Saturday
Enjoy free yoga on a San Diego landmark this weekend. The class, which will only accept the first 1,000 attendees, will give yogis the chance to stretch out on the famous USS Midway. More information.
Free Comic Book Day at San Diego comic book stores - Saturday
It's Free Comic Book Day across the country and a number of San Diego's comic shops are running promotions on Saturday. Asian Cultural Festival of San Diego at Mira Mesa Community Park - Saturday
Two stages featuring more than 30 cultural traditional and contemporary performances will celebrate Asian culture in Mira Mesa. Arts and crafts, martial arts and cooking demonstrations, and a ramen eating contest are all slated for the festival. More information.
Cinco de Mayo con Orgullo Festival and Car Show at Chicano Park - Saturday
Head down to Chicano Park Saturday for food, entertainment, and a classic car show celebrating Cinco de Mayo. This family-friendly event will see more than 10,000 San Diegans come down to celebrate with a kids zone, food, live music, and a cultural arts pavillion. More information.
