SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - Game of Thrones music is coming.
The Game of Thrones Live Concert Experience will head to San Diego's Viejas Arena at San Diego State University on Sept. 11, 2018. General tickets will go on sale beginning Friday, Sept. 29 at 10 a.m. online, available here.
A special HBO pre-sale and Citi credit card pre-sale launched Tuesday and will continue through Thursday at 10 p.m.

The concert experience features composer Ramin Djawadi leading an orchestra and choir through music from the hit show's past seasons. The new tour dates will include music from the HBO show's seventh season, as well as new visuals and stage designs.
"Bringing the Game of Thrones Live Concert Experience to audiences earlier this year was a dream come true, dating back to an idea hatched over three years ago," Djawadi said. "The scale and spectacle of the production brought the world of Westeros to life in a truly immersive fashion, and I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to share the experience with fans not only in North America again, but also to cross the narrow sea for the first time and bring the show to Europe."
The tour will first travel to Europe beginning May 2018 before returning to the U.S. in Sept. 2018.

Djawadi's theme for Game of Thrones has won over countless fans on its own, in addition to his work throughout entertainment. Djawadi's previous credits include 2008's "Iron Man," "Pacific Rim," HBO's "Westworld," ABC's "Flash Forward," and others.
