SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- For Mr. and Mrs. Klunk, there is no better team right now that theirs.

Dan Klunk is the Director of Business Development for UTC's kitchen and bath store, Pirch, and his wife, Becky Harrington Klunk is owner and lead photographer for On the Spot Photography. Together, their two businesses created an exquisite state of the art virtual showroom tour, you can access from pratically anywhere.

"It's like just walking through a virtual 3-D store, I love that," said one of their clients during a virtual tour.

The tour, showcases Becky's camerawork while showing off items sold by Dan's home decor company, Pirch. The tour was created after the economic effects of COVID-19 hit home. The two had to adapt by staying in, while thinking of ways to keep their businesses afloat. That's when the Pirch virtual showroom was born.

"Dan was saying 'our stores are closing why don't you go and scan the store and let's see if we can keep the business open using a virtual scan', so that's pretty much how it started. We weren't sure how it was going to work out and how much it was going to to explode but the technology is really cool and whenever you're using it, it's like you're in the store," said Becky.

10News was able to see the product in action as we jumped in on a virtual zoom tour with one of Pirch's sales representatives and their interior design client.

"This is a really great feature and I'm excited to pass it on," said their client.

Becky added, "I think with this technology well it's going to help us and businesses get people through the door, virtually."

The Klunks said they haven't turned a blind eye on recent events, they said they simply learned how to bear with uncertainty while staying ahead of the curve.

"The world's changing a little bit so I'm sure there's always going to be a place for this, so we're trying to think in any which way that can be useful, as we move past this situation," said Dan.
