San Diego (KGTV)---The "Sister Cities Project" launched the first in a series of virtual summits this week aimed at helping Black female entrepreneurs in the San Diego area.
The non-profit plans to host a total of four sessions, each featuring several guest speakers and local businesses owners who can share experiences and offer advice.
