San Diego (KGTV)---Some of San Diego's Black-owned businesses owners are worried about how Prop 15, on this November's ballot, could impact them.
Proposition 15 would raise property taxes on commercial properties valued at more than $3 million.
The business owners who spoke to ABC 10 News say any potential increases in their expenses are a concern right now since the pandemic has already put a strain on their operations.
