A mother in Concord, Calif. said she witnessed a man in a clown suit attempting to snatch her 1-year-old daughter from her arms at a bus stop, according to KRON 4 News.
The woman said she sat down next the clown at a bus stop and the clown started to smile at her and her baby. She said she didn't think anything of it, but then the clown reached out and attempted to grab the baby girl from her mother's arms.
KRON reported that the woman called 911 and police have been searching for the man dressed as a clown.
