With an unprecedented 4,500 hours of Olympic games to watch, viewers without cable television have a few options of where exactly to see it all.
The 2016 Olympics begin Friday evening with an opening ceremony in Rio de Janeiro. But those without cable may need to plan in advance to get full access in real-time.
The website NBCOlympics.com is teeming with videos and information, but a live-stream is visible for just a half-an-hour before viewers must pay for the rest, according to Variety. The free 30 minutes is only on a first visit, too.
Apps that feature cable networks, such as Sling TV, are a cord-cutters best bet for full access.
PlayStation Vue users are also in luck because they have access to all NBC-owned channels and the local NBC affiliates that are airing games, according to wearemel.com.
The NBC Olympics website includes some extras, such as athlete profiles.
The Olympics end Aug. 21.
