Woman: Stranger, up to no good, offers advice

SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - A local woman is sharing details of her bizarre encounter with a man in her backyard.

Ashley foster says she opened her blinds Wednesday morning and saw the man, wearing a helmet and orange construction gear.

A neighbor’s surveillance video shows the moments before - the man holding something in his hand - before he puts something in his car.

After Foster went outside, she says the man claimed he was working nearby, but then admitted he had taken some plastic parts from this refrigerator.

After returning them, he told her this she should look out for “sketchy” people in the neighborhood.

She says he offered to buy her some beer. An incredulous foster told him to leave and never come back. He then left.
