SAN DIEGO (CNS) — A woman stabbed Saturday night while standing outside a Hillcrest drug store is expected to make a full recovery. Officers were called to the CVS Pharmacy in the 300 block of Washington Street where a 66-year-old woman sustained knife injuries. Witnesses say a man approached the victim from behind, put his arm around her neck in a choke hold, then cut her neck with an unknown weapon while choking her. He fled eastbound on Washington Street.
