Curbside trash pickup will be delayed one day.

In the county of San Diego, administrative offices, libraries and animal shelters will be shut down for the day. Also closed will be community and teen centers in Fallbrook, Lakeside and Spring Valley.

County-run parks and campgrounds will remain open.

The Metropolitan Transit System and North County Transit District will run their buses, trains and trolleys on a Sunday schedule.

For the MTS, that means there will be no service on some Express, Rapid and Rural Routes. Details are available online here.
