What's open, closed in San Diego County on Memorial Day 2018

SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - In observance of Memorial Day, many city and county services in San Diego will be closed.

In San Diego County, all administrative offices and libraries will be closed, but county parks, campgrounds and neighborhood parks are open for normal business hours.

The following community centers will be closed, according to county officials:

-- Fallbrook Community Center
-- Lakeside Community Center and Teen Center
-- Spring Valley Gym and Community Center
-- Spring Valley Teen Centers/REC Clubs
-- 4S Ranch Sports Park office is closed, but adult hockey activities and all fields are open

In the city of San Diego, all city offices and libraries are closed, as well as all public buildings at Balboa Park.

Parking meters and yellow zones in the city of San Diego will not be enforced on Monday.

For Chula Vista, all city offices and facilities such as rec centers, swimming pools and libraries are closed.

Trash service in the city of San Diego and across the county will be delayed by one day this week due to the holiday.
