RANCHO SAN DIEGO (CNS)— A stretch of Hillsdale Road in the Rancho San Diego area is shut down to through traffic due to a water-main break, according to the county Department of Public Works. The closure between Chase Avenue and Jamacha Road is expected to be closed overnight for repairs, the agency reports.
