MISSION VALLEY -- The folks at Mission Valley Pipe & Supply shared some video showing the flooding behind their business, located in the 4500 block of Mission Gorge Place near Mission Gorge Road.
Heavy rains soaked San Diego county on Tuesday and there was widespread flooding across the region, power outages, water rescues and other issues.
