SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - Police are searching for a driver who hit several parked cars before slamming her SUV into the bedroom of a Barrio Logan home late Wednesday night.
San Diego police said the incident involving a blue Dodge Durango SUV happened at around 10:45 p.m. in the 2100 block of Newtown Avenue.
According to police, the Durango -- for reasons unknown -- struck at least five parked vehicles and then careened into the back of a house.
10News learned several witnesses confronted the female driver following the wreck, but she ran away. A description of the woman was not immediately available.
No one from inside the home or on the street was injured the crash, police said.
