LOS ANGELES (KGTV) - Thousands of UCLA students poured out of their dorm rooms and into Drake Stadium Wednesday night after a bomb threat was phoned-in to the school.
The UCLA Bruin Alert tweeted evacuations were in progress just after 10 p.m. due to a threat against the Sunset Canyon Recreation Center.
Bomb threat at Sunset Recreation. Residents are requested to remain indoors unless otherwise instructed. Avoid the area until further notice

Students were told to head to avoid the area. Many were sent to Drake Stadium, while others were told to remain indoors unless otherwise instructed.

At about 12:20 a.m. Thursday, school officials announced no suspicious devices were found and residents were allowed to return to residence halls.
The investigation into the threat is ongoing.
