UC San Diego student arrested after laundry room panty thefts

SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - A University of California San Diego student accused of stealing women’s underwear from campus laundry rooms is facing charges of burglary, grand theft, and receiving stolen property.

UC San Diego Police arrested freshman student David Chou, saying he stole $2,000 worth of items from the Sixth College laundry room.

In some cases, Chou wore the stolen underwear, campus police said.

Police are inviting any victims to reclaim their underwear.
