Two drivers were arrested on suspicion of drunken driving and five vehicles were towed during an overnight DUI saturation patrol in Chula Vista, police said Sunday.
Also, 46 citations were issued to drivers during the patrol that began at 7 p.m. Saturday and ended Sunday at 3 a.m., the Chula Vista Police Department reported.
During the operation, 72 traffic stops were conducted for unsafe speed, red light violations, stop sign violations and several other vehicle code violations.
