CHULA VISTA, Calif. (KGTV) - A truck rolled over for more than a block and landed upside down after a collision with another vehicle at a Chula Vista intersection early Monday morning.
Chula Vista police said the wreck occurred at around 2:30 a.m. at the intersection of J Street and Paseo Del Rey.
According to police, the truck was believed to be traveling at a high rate of speed when it collided with a black sedan, flipped over several times before taking down a light pole and coming to rest on its roof.
Police said two people in the truck were taken to the hospital with injuries of unknown severity. The two occupants of the sedan were evaluated at the scene for minor injuries.
Police are trying to determine which driver ran a red light.
