EL CAJON - Two Grossmont College students escaped with minor injuries Wednesday night after the SUV they were in flew off a highway ramp and landed in a yard.
According to the California Highway Patrol, two female students were heading home from school when the SUV went off the ramp from the college to SR-125, coming to rest in a yard in the 2600 block of Kildare Way.

Both students were taken to the hospital to get checked out. Meanwhile, crews were working to pull the SUV out of the yard.
According to the California Highway Patrol, speed was involved.
