CARLSBAD, Calif. (KGTV) - On Saturday morning, Bob Kipper walked out to the driveway of his Carlsbad home and realized he had left the windows open.
When he took a closer look, he discovered someone had ransacked his car, stealing nearly $100 in cash.
He went inside and played his surveillance video, and froze it at a strange moment: when one of the thieves flashed a silence message at the camera.
