CORONADO (KGTV) -- A frightening scene for a Coronado family who woke up to their child's screams early Thursday morning.
Police responded to a call from a home in the 400 block of E Avenue reporting that a man had entered into their daughter's bedroom through a window.
The intruder fled the scene when the girl began screaming in panic, according to police. No further details were released.
Officers searched the area and collected evidence at the home including the screen that the suspect presumably removed to break into the girl's bedroom.
A description of the suspect has not been released at this time.
