Authorities have closed the 3000 block of Commercial Street in the Stockton district of San Diego while hazardous materials personnel investigate an ammonia-like odor seemingly emanating from a refrigeration unit on a truck parked in the area, a fire department spokesman says.
No injuries have been reported or evacuations ordered.
