FONTANA, Calif. -- Authorities have publicly identified a 21-year-old San Diego woman and two others who died following a music festival last weekend in San Bernardino County.

Alyssa Dominguez was taken to a hospital after attending the Hard Summer Music Festival at the Auto Club Speedway in Fontana and died at the Kaiser Foundation Hospital of Fontana early Sunday, according to the San Bernardino County Coroner's Office. The cause of her death remains under investigation.

San Francisco resident, Derek Lee, 22, and 22-year-old Roxanne Ngo of Chino Hills also died in hospitals, authorities said. What caused their deaths was also under investigation.

A coroner's office statement said the deaths of Dominguez, Lee and Ngo were "being investigated individually and, at this time, are not believed to be related."

Nearly 147,000 people attended the festival over the weekend and a total of nine were hospitalized, the San Diego Union-Tribune reported.

Dominguez is the second San Diego County woman to die at a rave this summer. On June 20, twenty-year-old Kenani “Nani” Kaimuloa of Vista collapsed and later died while attending the Electric Daisy Carnival, a three-day rave in Las Vegas. .
