It's not super "normal," and that's what they're going for. It has all the ingredients to be one-of-kind. Stores like this, with different sights and smells, helped San Diego score the number one spot on Yelp's list of cities to shop local.
Pigment plans to top the 20% off they offered on Black Friday
"We consider here Small Business Saturday our biggest promotion of the year," said Assistant Manager Tiffany Moore. "It's so special to us because we're really showing the people in the community and in the neighborhood who love us and support us just how much we appreciate their support."
