SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - One of seven off-duty San Diego firefighters who was at the Route 91 concert in Las Vegas suffered a minor injury during the shootings.
The San Diego Fire Department did not announce what type of injury the firefighter suffered.
More than a dozen off-duty San Diego police officers were also at the Las Vegas music festival, officials confirmed Monday morning.
SDPD officials said 15-20 off-duty officers were attending the three-day Route 91 Harvest Country Music Festival, being held across from the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, when gunfire erupted late Sunday evening.
According to SDPD officials, the officers at the festival were not hurt.
