SAN DIEGO - A San Diego High School teacher is on paid administrative leave amid child pornography allegations.

School district officers and sheriff's deputies served a search warrant at the teacher's home in Spring Valley on Tuesday.

Neighbors confirmed seeing unmarked police vehicles outside the home and told 10News they saw officers going in and out of the teacher's house. The neighbors were unable to confirm what, if anything, the officers brought out.

Sources tell 10News the investigation began when someone reported seeing child pornography at the teacher's home.

The San Diego Unified Police Department is leading the investigation with help from the San Diego Police Department and San Diego County Sheriff's Department.

Because the investigation is just beginning and the teacher has not been arrested or charged, 10News is not revealing the person's identity.
