SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - A San Diego rhythmic gymnastics team became the first to qualify for the U.S. Junior National team this month.
The "Emerald City Rhythmics" will send six girls to compete at the Junior Pan American Championships in October.
This is the first time anyone from San Diego has ever qualified for a group team.
The team practices five to six hours a week and eight hours a day.
