San Diego flight cancelled after collision on the tarmac

San Diego bound passengers were stuck in Boston Friday night, after a collision between an aircraft and a de-icer on the tarmac.

Passengers aboard Alaska Airlines flight 769 tell our ABC Affiliate WCVB, the plane was ready for takeoff when shouts of "stop the plane!" began.

The flight was headed to San Diego.

Officials with Logan International Airport say a de-icing truck "came into contact with the airplane."

A passenger says the wing hit the man on the de-icer, causing him to get wrapped up in the hose. He was pulled off his chair. Some say it was an unbelievable sight - and he was dangling from the de-icing truck. That person was taken to the hospital.

No passengers were injured in the collision, many were compensated for having to stay in Boston overnight.
