San Diego events held for National Voter Registration Day

SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - San Diegans who have not registered to vote are being encouraged to do so on Tuesday, which is National Voter Registration Day.

National Voter Registration Day comes six weeks before the November 6 midterm elections, and it serves as a reminder for the millions of Americans who can't cast their vote on Election Day because they miss the registration deadline.

In San Diego County, there are several events that will give citizens a chance to register in time to vote in November.
