PHOENIX - A woman with a blood alcohol content level of more than three times the legal limit has been arrested after causing two collisions about a mile apart.
Phoenix police report that on June 20, Monique Salina Martinez, 22, was allegedly involved in a hit-and-run crash near 67th Avenue and McDowell roads.
She was then involved in another crash near 59th Avenue and McDowell Road, where she was arrested. When police found her there, they say she was unable to stand up without assistance and couldn’t hold up her head.

Martinez reportedly admitted to drinking "hard lemonade" and Crown Royal. A passenger in her car allegedly told police that Martinez "had four shots and Xanax."
The two passengers that were in her car were injured in the collisions. One suffering from multiple spinal fractures and a lacerated liver. The other passenger received a significant cut requiring 15 stitches to close.

She has been charged with multiple counts of aggravated assault and endangerment.
