SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - A pregnant woman was rescued Friday after the car she was driving rolled over off Poway Road near state Route 67.
10News learned the 22-year-old Ramona woman was traveling on the eastbound side of Poway Road shortly after 10:30 a.m. when for reasons unknown her car crossed over into the westbound lane, overturned and came to rest upside down in brush.
Emergency crews pulled the woman out of the vehicle and took her to the hospital. Sheriff's officials said the woman's condition is unknown.
The crash and emergency response closed a section of Poway Road, but the road was expected to be reopened by noon.
Officials did not say if any other vehicles were involved in the incident.
