Police investigate robbery of SDSU student

SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - Police are looking for two men suspected of robbing a San Diego State University student near the campus.

San Diego police said the incident happened Wednesday at 9:30 p.m. in an off-campus area near Campanile Drive and Montezuma Road.

Police said two black men in their 20s approached the SDSU student and stole the student’s cell phone. However, according to police, the student was able to get the phone back from the men before they got away.

The men were described as thin and were wearing gray hoodies.

The student was not hurt, police said.
