A man has died after falling off Sunset Cliffs, according to Lee Swanson, San Diego Fire-Rescue spokesman.
A helicopter was dispatched to assist with the rescue of the man who fell in the 700 block of Sunset Cliffs Boulevard near Ladera Street.
