Palomar College student missing

SAN DIEGO – Authorities are searching for a 49-year-old man with Down syndrome who disappeared Friday afternoon near Palomar College. 
 
The San Diego County Sheriff’s Department reports that Glenn Sampson, a student at Palomar College, was last seen between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. Friday at the Palomar College Transit Center. 
 
Douglas, who has high functioning Down syndrome, works at a Pizza Hut located at 1915 W. San Marcos Blvd. He uses the Sprinter line and the Breeze bus line for transportation. He has gone missing twice before. 
 
Douglas is described as white, 5-foot-4 and 212 pounds. He has blonde hair, blue eyes and wears glasses. He was last seen with black sweat pants, a teal “Pizza Hut” shirt, black shoes, a black “Pizza Hut” baseball hat and a yellow jacket. 
 
Anyone with information on his whereabouts should contact the sheriff’s department.
